Ty Cuddfan or The Hiding Place is a super semi-detached contemporary holiday home set in a quiet residential cul-de-sac on the outskirts of St Davids with views towards Carn Llidi, yet with all the facilities of this tiny City within walking distance. This attractive house has a useful open porch to the front where you can sit to take your boots off after a walk or just relax with a coffee. Inside there is a modern, quality fitted well-equipped kitchen, while the sitting/dining room with large comfy sofa is ideal for relaxing, French doors open to the rear enclosed lawned garden with paved patio, the perfect spot to enjoy an alfresco meal on a sunny summer’s evening. Stairs lead up to the light welcoming bedrooms above, the rear bedrooms offer views to the rugged headland and Carn Llidi over the roof tops. Conveniently situated, a short walk via a footpath takes you to the heart of this popular tiny City, there is an excellent range of shops, galleries, cafes, pubs and restaurants to wander, a visit to the majestic Cathedral and ruins of the Bishops Palace are a must. There are a number of beaches to explore including Caerfai Bay and the wonderful Whitesands Beach, popular with surfers both beginners and professionals alike, as well as families, voted one of the best beaches in the world. There is even a seasonal beachside cafe where you can enjoy refreshments.Take to the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path to explore this stunning rocky coastline on foot, there are a host of inlets, hidden coves and beaches to discover including Porthgain, Abereiddy with the Blue Lagoon, Aberfelin, Abercastle and Abermawr to the north, many with pubs and cafes nestling in pretty fishing villages, or to the east lies Solva and the fabulous Newgale Beach. Embark on a boat from St Justinians for a trip round the islands of Skomer and Ramsey, or enjoy a day trip to Ramsey and walk this wonderful bird sanctuary and nature reserve, the seal pups are a highlight of any September trip.
