Modern immaculate apartment with private south east facing garden located in the stunning urbanisation Isleta Marina, just a short stroll to the beautiful canal and the sandy Arenal beach.The apartment boasts central air conditioning, wifi and is tastefully decorated, well equipped with all you could possibly need for a perfect vacation.The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and direct access to the terrace. The twin bedroom is spacious and has its own shower room adjacent. The kitchen is well equipped and there is additional space in the joining laundry room. The lounge/ dining room is a perfect place to escape the afternoon sun.A large electric awning allows you to enjoy the beautiful terrace even in the height of summer, from the private garden you have direct access to the communal area and pool. The communal pool is kept immaculate, it has the added feature of a designate children's pool inside of the main pool, there are also straw parasols dotted around the pool area.The property is available for winter rentals and utility consumption is charged on your day of departure

Lovely apartment in a very convenient location to serve Arenal the port and the beach bars
Didn’t use the lounge as the terrace and garden was so lovely Sitting there with a vino at dusk we were treated to a superb display by the local bats
Will return there again as the whole process was seamless with excellent and helpful communication with Jayne and her team

The apartment is excellent, nice and modern with a lovely terrace and garden. The pool area is perfect, wasn't too busy and lovely for relaxing.
The apartment itself was spotless, WiFi was great, beds very comfortable and bathrooms clean.
I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting javea. We will hopefully be back.
