Enjoy Florida and all it has to offer in this fully renovated ranch style home 7 minutes from the beach. All newly furnished 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom with separate office, 2 car garage, large lanai, wood floors throughout and beautifully landscaped fenced-in backyard with propane grill. Equipped with full size washer and dryer. Once you enter the home you'll see a large open living area and dining room with seating for 6. Large master bedroom with en suite bathroom and king size bed. The guest bedrooms both feature queen size beds and ample living space. All bedrooms have their own TV. The kitchen overlooks the lanai and backyard and offers granite countertops, travertine flooring and stainless steel appliances. The large family room has a nice comfy couch, two recliners, fireplace, and 55 inch flat screen TV, a perfect place to land while on vacation. The lanai has a dining table for 6 and a separate living area to relax and unwind. Conveniently located within minutes to some of the areas best restaurants, shopping and grocery stores.

We had an extended stay here in Largo. The house was even more lovely in person. We had everything we needed and our hosts were quick to respond to the few questions we had.The back covered porch we large and so nice to sit in and relax. The house is decorated so pretty, light and airy and the rooms are a large size. We will be back and hope to stay here again.

The house was lovely! The backyard and patio are a great place to enjoying the weather. We walked in the neighborhood daily and loved how quiet the house is.

What an effortless VRBO! The owners are pros and gave attention to the smallest of details. Everything was just right, beautifully decorated and thoughtful. The owners are accommodating, professionally and kind. Highly recommend!
