Nice unit, close walk to Parkway. Saw a bear in first 10 minutes. Perfect place to stay. We are out and about all the time. So this was perfect for us. We could see Fireworks from Gatlinburg Needle. Didn't have to fight crowd. Walk to Parkway is about 12 minutes. Brings you out in front of Ripleys Aquarium.....perfect

The place was perfect! Great location was able to walk to downtown area and many attractions. We saw many bears right from the balcony and saw our first bear shortly after arriving. We will likely return to the area again and would like to stay at the same place again.

The unit was very nice and clean. It’s a good location. The building itself needs to be cleaned. The only reason I gave 4/5 stars is because it listed washer and dryer in the listing and while there is a washer and dryer at the facility, it’s for the entire building and cost 5.50 a load. Our clothes also smelled bad after we washed them.
