Clean and comfortable. It had AC and a small pool.
Staff were always very helpful
I found it a little too far out of town. Apart from the tea and coffee provided there was no restaurant/cafe on the premises or nearby.

Le personnel de l’accueil, la propreté et la grande chambre, lit confort
⚠️ on entend absolument tout, il n’y a aucune isolation.
Quand des personnes arrivent dans la nuit en parlant fort et en rigolant cela nous réveillant à chaque fois malgré la présence d’un gardien à l’entrée du bâtiment.
Ce n’est pas un hôtel au calme … dommage car il est déjà retiré du centre ville
