Clean room
TV channels were horrible, no Netflix connection option, air conditioner wasn’t cold, no iron was provided and when requested they mentioned that the hotel doesn’t provide iron!!!
But our friends room had an iron and we had to go to their room to iron!!

The hotel is beautiful and worth the money. However location wise it wasn't accessible to the beach front ot talea 30mins to get there.

I liked the pool It was clean and great for swimming laps. The pool area was nice for hanging out in.
The beds in the room might have well been slabs of concrete. I enjoy a firm mattress, this was beyond that. Insanely firm.
The restaurant food is way over priced for the quality. And although I did not pay for the breakfast buffet as part of my deal, when I was waiting for a taxi to the airport I asked the front desk if I could have a coffee while I waited. So I got a small cup of drip coffee. To which the restaurant chased me down to charge me for. 60Bhat. What hotel does that? Ridiculous.
