About this house rental
This fantastic 190 m2 home has been recently renovated and decorated with attention to every detail so you can enjoy an unforgettable stay in a peaceful, natural setting in northern Tenerife. It is located just a few minutes’ walk from the village of Pedro Álvarez and only 2.5 km from downtown Tegueste.
The house features two spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms, an open-concept kitchen, a living-dining room, and an entryway. There is also a laundry room with a washer and dryer. Bedroom 1 has a 150x190 cm double bed, and Bedroom 2 has two 90x190 cm mattresses pushed together. There is also a sofa bed to accommodate two additional guests if needed.
The entire house enjoys plenty of natural light and breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and estates. In front of the house is a terrace of about 90 m² equipped with a dining area, hammocks, a barbecue, and a shower—the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the scenery.
The location is ideal for enjoying nature while still being close to the main towns in northern Tenerife and countless areas with hiking trails of all difficulty levels (Anaga, La Esperanza, La Orotava, Teide, etc.). Just 9 km away are Bajamar and Punta de Hidalgo, with their famous natural pools and seafood restaurants.
Bus stops are within walking distance, though a car is recommended. Private parking is included.

This is such a charming place with great modern equipment and lots of love for details that made us feel really comfortable. Daniel (the host) shared many valuable hints to local restaurants and places worth visiting. We loved the tracking in the neighbourhood and the local market. Not to mention that we got spoiled by garden products in addition. It's really a wonderful home away from home and we can't wait to come back. Thank you Daniel, for everything!

We all were very satysfied with the accomodation place. Ready and clean, welcome bowl with fruits, quiet place with beautiful views, fully equiped kitchen even with nespresso kaffee maker. Very good base camp for hikes. Car needed. Thank once more Daniel.

We had a wonderful time in this clean, stylish and well-equipped house. It‘s on a hill with a very nice view from the terrace as well as from inside the house, at night you see a romantic scenery with the lights of the village below.
The owner was perfectly helpful and friendly communicating with us.
Next to the house a nice hiking route is starting, several beaches are 15-25min away by car, and it is an area without overcrowded tourism an huge hotels etc.. Here and especially in this house you can have a relaxed time in an calm and private surrounding, as there on the hills are no direct neighbors house to house..
