Beautiful, elegant and spacious house with terrace in the centre of La Laguna. With designer rooms and exquisite decoration where every detail has been taken care of. It has capacity for 4 people, 3 double bedrooms and heating. With all the shops nearby, it is ideal for families and business trips, as it has 600 mb fibre Wifi. This property is perfect to enjoy the walks, the gastronomy, the culture and the good atmosphere of the old part of the city.

It has capacity for 4 people, with 3 double bedrooms, 3 complete bathrooms and a toilet. The ground floor of the property, from where it is accessed, has a spacious living room with Smart TV and two desks, a beautiful independent kitchen fully equipped with all appliances and a toilet. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms, each with two single beds joined together, the master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and direct access to one of the terraces of the property. The upper floor has a large and comfortable bedroom with double bed, en-suite bathroom and access to the second cosy terrace, which has armchairs and a parasol where you can relax and unwind.
The house is located in an exceptional area, very close on foot to the main points of interest of the city and with a magnificent connection with buses and tram to be able to move around without using the car.
The house has a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, washer-dryer, Italian and capsule coffee machine, kettle, toaster, hairdryer, shower towels and bed linen, cot and high chair and much more.

We appreciate the staff walking us through finding the place which is in the walking area of the town center. The accommodation was spacious and very clean. We felt welcome in the space and we enjoyed the Christmas light decorations in the town. We had a wonderful time walking around the town and enjoying cafe con leche and the good food within walking distance. Taxis were readily available on either end of the town center as well as the bus.
We would definitely stay here again. It just felt as comfortable as home.
