I loved the location loved the pool and the apartment was in sea view

Just a suggestion that they should have a heated pool didn't like the fact we had to go use communal Braai area than using the one in our balcony

We liked how spacious the apartment was. We also enjoyed the patio space just to relax. Enjoyed the beach view especially.

Firstly the washing machine didn't work properly, so having stayed for 4 nights had to "hand wash our clothes" not great when you on vacation. Secondly the mops that stay at the facility "smelt really bad" when you book your "stay" they include a R650 "Departure cleaning fee" surely that fee includes not having to book in with smelly mops. Thirdly the kids bedroom with the double bunk had no aircon or fans and we experienced one "humid night" the kids ended up sleeping in the lounge "maybe thats something to build in for the future" Main bedrooms Aircon dosent work and has no control Dishcloths could be something else to put into the kitchen as well and also an electric kettle not "gas". The pillows were horrible and uncomfortable. Also having to remove your own rubbish on the day you check out was "funny'" We washed the dishes, swept and mopped the house, cleaned the griller, took out the trash and yet we get charged R650 for "cleaning" Yes the cleaning ladies have to strip the beds and send off for wash but that does not cover R650. But that's just my opinion on the stay.

Apartment has all the necessities and located in a perfect floor when traveling with kids
