The place was very nice, kempt.
Parking was good.
The jacuzzi was not working.
One room downstairs had a door with a hinge missing.
There are very few utensils (as in only 1 knife which didn't even cut well).
Minor issues which I'm sure can be easily resolved.

Spacious, pool was clean, Aircons worked. Staff were super friendly and helped where they could.
One room had no Aircon. Two bathrooms the toilet seats were missing. Front door not operational. Vehicle parking gate often got stuck.

I liked the lounge upstairs with balcony.
Jacuzzi didn’t work.
Tiles are cracked at in the master bedroom.
Plugs on the ground floor kept tripping
Drains blocked in the guest showers upper and lower floor.
Bottom floor needs refurbishing.
WiFi has very poor signal
