It features a hallway with a wardrobe, a living area with a sofa, TV, and an integrated dining area with a table and chairs. A separate sleeping area includes a double bed. The kitchen, accessible from the living room, is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, and refrigerator with freezer. Additionally, there is a bedroom with two single beds and a bright bathroom with a shower, WC, and hairdryer. All rooms are fitted with external shutters. Guests can enjoy the on-site swimming pool (free access for residents) and relax in the sauna (for a fee, with a coin-operated system). A shared laundry room with a washing machine and dryer is available in the basement for a fee. Please note that pets are not allowed, and the balcony is not accessible until the end of August 2026.
