Welcome to the beautiful and well maintained 60 m² apartment (3007 "Glückauf" Whg. 5) on the 2nd floor with two bedrooms, 3xTV, balcony, shower room, infrared sauna, W-LAN, etc. for up to 4 people incl. Small child. This apartment is located only about 1 minute walk from the beach (Dahme) away.
Just explore the coast on foot or by rental bike. Unwind - the Baltic Sea beach has a beneficial effect in every season.
You can expect a holiday apartment with about 60 m² on the 2nd floor distributed in 3 rooms for max. 4 persons (incl. Small child).

Layout of the apartment:
Entrance hall with cloakroom. Living room with comfortable sofa area and TV, dining table with chairs, open kitchen with kettle, dishwasher, oven, coffee machine, toaster. Bedroom 1 with a double bed (2x 80 cm x 200 cm), wardrobe, blackout blinds. Bedroom 2 with bunk bed (90 x 200 cm), chest of drawers, TV and blackout blinds. a shower room with shower, toilet, mirror cabinet and washing machine. The apartment offers free Wi-Fi and an infrared sauna.
Parking & bicycles
The apartment is of course one / two covered parking space No. 5 (fit two cars in a row) directly at the house. The bikes can be parked outside on the car parking space.
Bed linen and towels can be booked for a fee.

The Baltic Sea Dahme (one of 3 seaside resorts) is located on the Bay of Lübeck between Grömitz and the island of Fehmarn with a 6.5 km long sandy beach to the east. The promenade with 1.5 km invites you to stroll with shops and ice cream parlors. The resulting Baltic Sea lounge with palm trees round off a successful holiday. Dahme is located in the sunny area of Germany with about 2000 hours of sunshine. In the north you will find the natural dune landscape with swimming, in the south the steep coast with bird protection areas. The surrounding countryside with its numerous cycling and hiking trails also give plenty of room to move. On the dike you can visit many beaches without having to use the main roads. For children and the young at heart, there are many opportunities for example: playgrounds, skating rink, children's entertainment, children's harbor, street ball facility, surfing school, mini golf, pedal boats, bouncy castle and much more to fill the free time. Of course you can just lie on the beach and relax. You see, here is something for everyone

Vom Buchungsvorgang, über den Aufenthalt bis zum Ende des Urlaubs, waren wir sowohl mit der Wohnung als auch mit dem Vermieter 100% zufrieden.

Grundsätzlich hatten wir einen tollen Aufenthalt in einer tollen Wohnung. Leider war die Sauna defekt - ein Techniker sollte zeitnah kommen. Leider ist das nicht in unserem zweiwöchigen Aufenthalt passiert. Weder vom Vermieter noch vom Vermittlungsbüro gab es zwischenzeitlich eine Auskunft. Auf nachträgliche Anfrage einer Ermäßigung wurde uns leider nicht entgegengekommen. Immerhin wurde für diese Wohnung inkl. Sauna deutlich mehr verlangt als für vergleichbare Wohnungen ohne. Wir kennen uns da aus - wir fahren seit Jahren nach Dahme - das war enttäuschend.
Ansonsten wie schon beschrieben - eine tolle Wohnung mit guter Ausstattung und einer top Lage.
