- A bedroom with two single beds (90 x 200 cm), one designed as a loft bed
- A fully equipped kitchen connecting to the living room, complete with a dishwasher, oven, and refrigerator with freezer
- A living room featuring a corner bench, two armchairs, a TV, and direct access to the balcony
- An integrated, partitioned double bed area (Moltke bedroom) with two 90 x 200 cm mattresses

Eine schöne Wohnung. Allerdings wenn man vor hat nur drinnen zu sein,ist sie zu klein für 4 Personen. Aber nur zum Frühstück und zum Schlafen ideal. Ein Traum ist das Schwimmbad im Keller. Selbst bei schlechten Wetter konnten sich die Kinder austoben. Der einzigste Nachteil ist die Parksituation wenn man ein Auto hat was etwas größer ist.
