About this house rental
La Fontica is a rural guesthouse consisting of two separate houses, recently renovated from a 200-year-old mansion typical of the architecture of Lower Sanabria.
Our annex is a separate, wheelchair-accessible house that was formerly the stables. The house sleeps 4 adults. The original stone walls have been restored to create a modern, vibrant space featuring a kitchen, living room, fireplace, and sliding doors overlooking the vegetable garden. The lower level contains a double bedroom (Snug) and a bathroom with a built-in shower (wet room). The modern iron mezzanine features an additional bedroom (Buhardilla) overlooking the living room.
Buhardilla
The mezzanine was crafted by local artisans; it rises above the living room and is accessed via a raw steel staircase. The Buhardilla contains two single beds, perfect for children of all ages.
Snug
This double room is decorated with industrial materials and aesthetics. The large window offers views of the garden.
