Thank you for a wonderful 8 days in the farm house. We had a wonderful time in such great location. Marie Teresa is excellent at keeping track of who's coming and when they are leaving and she is wonderfully swift with responses.
The residence is located on the most beautiful of vineyards/olive groves and the drive from the gate to the accommodation is spectacular when one first arrives (even if it is in the rain).
The pool is clean and maintained again with wonderful views over the Tuscan countryside.
Inside our accommodation there was ample space to relax. The showers were excellent and powerful and the kitchen was very clean and ordered.
Unfortunately we found the functionality a little difficult. The cooking hob needed matches to light the gas burners, There were a few but we needed to purchase a lighter to ensure that we didn't run out. The kettle was also not electric and although not a major problem it might have helped if it were for those necessities. The kitchen appliances were adequate but a little dated functionally
The bedrooms were very clean and tidy but the beds were a little hard. Understandable to cater to everyones taste but there were particularly hard.
The only significant criticism was the sitting room area. Although functional the sofas were very dated and lumpy and the TV was really small. Whilst the sun shines it is appropriate to sit out but when it rains or it is too hot the kids would have liked to be able to sit and either read or watch a film. This being said, we sadly couldn't get the internet to recognise the codes for login and we ended being wireless less for a week. Great for the majority of the week but might have been useful
Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our week with Marie Teresa and would recommend the accommodation to friends and family. Those few minor changes may have made it perfect instead of just good.

An dieses wunderschöne Anwesen haben wir 1999 sofort unser Herz verloren und sind seitdem alle Jahre wiedergekommen. Egal ob wir mit unseren drei Kindern alleine dort waren, mit Großeltern oder verschiedenen Freunden, alle waren total begeistert und wir hatten jedes Jahr einen traumhaften Urlaub. Von den Besitzern wird man sofort sehr herzlich aufgenommen, sie sind überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie geben jederzeit gerne Auskünfte und Tipps über Land und Leute. Das Anwesen selber ist sehr gepflegt und liegt ruhig in traumhafter Landschaft inmitten von Weinbergen und Olivenhainen, ein Platz um sie Seele baumeln zu lassen. Trotzdem sind Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Sportangebote wie Tennis, Reiten und Golf sowie natürlich Ausflugsziele wie Florenz, Siena, Pisa und vieles mehr sehr schnell zu erreichen. Jeder der einen individuellen Urlaub weitab vom Massentourismus sucht wird hier sein Glück finden.
