The villa belongs to an ancient farm, under the protection of the fine arts and there is a small chapel on the farm which is still active. Possibility of tasting Chianti Classico wine, vinsanto and oil. The pool has Roman steps. Historical country house "Casa delle Fiabe", 2 storeys, from the 17th century, renovated, surrounded by vineyards. 4 km from the centre of San Casciano, in the district Firenze, in a sunny, elevated position, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, in the countryside. For shared use: property 30 ha. Private: garden 2'000 m2 (not fenced) with lawn and flowers, swimming pool (70 m2, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 03.Apr. - 16.Oct.).
