Good base close to Megeve

Very spacious apartment on the edge of Megeve with space for parking (and very close to the supermarket). Quiet area and lovely view from the balcony.

We liked that it wasn't right in the middle of Megeve but it is about 20min walk into the village centre.

Too much noise and extra fee

The kitchen is well equipped. The bathroom is good, with a washing machine.

The host made us pay 30 euro for lingerie. When he informed us, we were already on the go. Moreover, an additional place in the luggage also costs money, so he left us no choice. Additional costs must be clearly listed before the booking. Frankly, I don't understand what the problem is to give some lingerie considering the high cost of the property. No soundproof. You hear every step and every word in the apartment. Too soft and uncomfortable matresses. Bedrooms are very small and basic.

Apartment was hard to find, there wasn't any sign outside the bulding, the only one just by the door at the 3rd floor.

Superb

Le Refuge is located on the 3rd floor with scenic view. We can easily drive to the ski lift/ telecabin La Princess in about 5 minutes. We rents our ski equipment there (Le Seigneur Location de Ski less than 30m from the ski lift) where we can keep them overnight in that shop without carrying them to our car/apartment. We can walk to a big Casino supermarket from Le Refuge within few minutes. Normally we also drive to Megève centre within 8 minutes. The apartment is clean and ideal for 4 to 5 persons. It is renovated not long ago and the furniture are quite new. We like its free parking within its premises.

Preferably the double-bed room should have more hooks and hangers for hanging clothes.

Отличная квартира Тепло регулируется, опасались что будет прохладно из-за последнего отзыва. Хозяин отрегулировал давление в батареях и все ок Супер горячий полотенцесушитель, на котором сохнут вещи после стирки катальных очень быстро Горячий душ с бойлером на 100л На кухне все есть для готовки Парковку найти не проблема возле дома Прекрасный вид из окон на 3 стороны, балкон Классное месторасположение, 3 минуты на машине до бесплатной парковки Принцесса, откуда подъем к 2/3 трасс всего эвизион монблан Отдельный охлаждаемый шкаф для вина и напитков Лифт для больших чемоданов (зажимать кнопку этажа внутри и держать все время) Вызывать снаружи также долгим нажатием пока не приедет Хозяин всегда на связи Для тех кто на прокатной машине без зимней резины (в снегопад не пытайтесь спуститься вниз без цепей или носков) мы на m+s с носками спускались 15км/ч еле еле 10 января после лютого снегопада

Необходимо положить точилку для ножей Контейнер для мусора ближайший возле Ашана, за заправкой вдоль дороги (далековато) Уборщице нужно лучше убирать кухню, стол липкий и не оттирается Посуду лучше перемыть всю в посудомойке перед применением

Bien agréable

Appartement spacieux, moderne, équipé, et três bien localisé à une courte distance du centre. Aucun bruit environnant, belle vue sur la montagne, à 2 pas de la route principale.

3ème étage sans ascenceur, mais surtout: le chauffage central ne fonctionne pas - il existe un radiateur à huile....pour toute l'habitation (insuffisant l'hiver).

L'appartement est spacieux, fonctionnel très joliment décoré et refait à neuf. Rien ne manque. C'est un appartement où on se sent "comme chez soi". Nous l'avons trouvé en parfait état, très propre et nous y retournerons. Autre point très positif : le calme de la copropriété et des environs.

Séjour parfait !

Tout était super, l'appartement est très bien situé, avec une superbe vue. Très spacieux pour 2 personnes, équipements au top : il ne manquait absolument rien pour s'y sentir chez soi ! Propriétaire très à l'écoute et avenant. Logement propre dans l'ensemble, même si le canapé mériterait d'être aéré/désinfecté pour les personnes allergiques aux acariens ;) À part ce détail, nous avons été enchantés de notre séjour et nous le recommandons à 100% !

Localisation et accès pratique. Appartement bien équipé et belle vue sur les massifs. Parking a disposition

Nettoyage approximatif. Beaucoup de poussière sur l'électroménager et les recoins. Pas d'ascenseur, un peu compliqué quand on a des enfants et des valises. Mais c'est tout a fait gérable.
