Cocoonr offers you this beautiful 60 m² flat to rent in Megève, with views of the Mont d'Arbois Massif and Rochebrune, a ski resort within walking distance, swimming pools (summer and winter heated) and accommodation for up to 6 guests.
Located on the ground floor, it consists of a beautiful, bright 25 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a sleeping area and a bathroom (with shower). We are waiting for you!
The accommodation is laid out as follows: - A 25 m² living room with TV (in the wooden corner cabinet), sofa and dining area - A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: one double bed (140×190), TV - Bedroom 2: two single beds (80x200 cm) - A sleeping area: one bunk bed (90x190 cm - sleeps 2, ideal for children)
- A bathroom with a shower - A separate toilet Outside: - Shared heated swimming pools (1 indoor and 1 outdoor). Only one is open at a time, depending on the residence's organisation. Opening dates are not contractual and are subject to favourable weather conditions for the summer pool.
The apartment is ideally located in Megève, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, supermarkets, etc. Activities: - The residence is located 500 metres from the Palais des Sports with its aquatic centre (sauna, hammam, aquatic course, swimming pools, etc.), climbing wall, tennis courts, ice rink and wellness/treatment area. - Access to the 4 Seasons toboggan run is less than 100 metres away. - The residence is less than 100 metres from the Jaillet cable car, providing access to the slopes in the LE JAILLET COMBLOUX LA GIETTAZ area.
Public transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park nearby in the free public car park.

- Nearest TGV station: Sallanches-Combloux-Megève (12km)
- Nearest airport: Geneva (1h15 / 87km) or Annecy-Mont Blanc (1h10 / 85km)
- Free shuttle service in front of the residence, which can take you to the Rochebrune and Mont d'Arbois mountain ranges.
