At 250 m from a slope passage, you can return to the chalet on skis. With a view of the Mont-Blanc massif, the Mont d'Arbois and the entire Mont-Joly range.
Apartment for 6 people located on the 1st floor under the roof, you have 2 balconies, 1 of which has a view of Mont-Blanc.
In summer, an outdoor area is reserved for you with table, deckchairs, parasol.
The apartment has its own entrance. The chalet has 3 apartments: the owners' apartment is located below on the first floor and a second apartment for rent for 4 people is located on the first floor.
The chalet is located 2 km from the town centre, 1 km 500 from the Palais des Sports and 1 km from the Jaillet gondola.
In winter, it is possible to reach the slopes 250 m from the chalet and the return is on skis via the Santa Claus slope.
In summer, many hikes can be done from the house.
