The room was spacy, high quality furnishings. Separate toilet from shower was convenient, very clean. The surroundings are lovely, great atmosphere. Dinner was very good.

If mobility issues, need to mention when booking, so you get a room with easy access. Our room was accessible by outside stairs (no elevator), however, this was just fine for us..

- The surroundings were beautiful but a bit less nice than expected - During reservation we were given an option that we can rent bikes and cycle to nearby village Fiskars, however on the spot it turned out that the hotel does not rent bikes, but we have to call a company that may then bring them (within 20min to 1 hour wait). We called the number given to us three times, nobody answered, so we did not get the bikes (ended up going by car which was okay but less nice). The hotel could have been clearer during the booking that they do not themselves rent out bikes - no sauna for guests (you have to make a private booking, which is expensive) - to my taste a bit overpriced

Nice location and environment, comfortable room. Restaurant had very tasty drink and dinner options, breakfast buffet while relatively small selection was of excellent quality. Very friendly staff!

Sure, staff is kind and try their best, and the idea to make an hotel in an old factory seems fun, BUT it's hard to compensate for -a place which doesn't seem clean enough to take your shoes off to walk barefoot on the carpet, -problem aggravated by the fact that the washbasin is in the room itself: so how to wash oneself with shoes on ? -a bed with uncomfortable and poor quality pillows as were the bedsheets, altogether new and rough -no coffee machine -and only one hanger each in the closet, but you don't really dare to put your clothes on the couch... Clearly, the place is shabby, and in the breakfast room, the floor is sticky under the shoes : it all seems worn out, even if I'm sure that the staff does their best to clean At least, it was for one night only
