The room/ bathroom were large and very clean, the bed was massive, and excellent storage. The hotel was gorgeous, particularly the indoor garden!
No tea/ coffee facilities in the room, but fortunately there is a coffee machine in the lobby.

Perfect location, walking distance to the city centre (although uphill).
Luxurious, clean rooms.
Good breakfast.
Special configuation of the car parking: the car park offers plenty of parking spots spread over multiple floors, but only the bottom floor gives access to the hotel lobby. To get to the entrance, you need to walk down the ramps that are used by the cars. This also means that for loading suitcases upon departure, you need to walk up the ramps with your suitcases.
Overall, this was a minor nuisance to us, the rest of the stay made everything ok.

Good location and safe parking
Breakfast typical for the area, seems no one eats healthy around here. Also dont know where they get the four stars rating.
