About this apartment rental
Luxury T3 facing south with air conditioning, terrace and private garden near Pointe des Sardinaux and La Nartelle, in a secure and very quiet residence, with swimming pool and a parking space, wifi, direct access to the sea, 15 minutes walk from the village of Sainte -Maxime or 5 min by car (without traffic jams!)

The entrance is through a private garden of 30 m² and a first terrace, equipped with a table and chairs. Possibility of parking bicycles there for example.
Fully equipped American kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, Nespresso, toaster, multi-function robot, kettle ...) with laundry room and washing machine, leading to a living / dining room with 100 TV cm, wifi, decoder, sofa convertible to 140 x 190 cm with comfort mattress.
A first bedroom with a double bed 140 x 190 cm with 80 cm television and large storage cupboard and bathroom with WC.
A second bedroom with 2 single beds of 80 cm that can be transformed into a double bed of 160 cm.

The first bedroom and the living room open onto a 25 m² covered terrace with a splendid sea view, blinds, garden furniture, sunbathing area, private 200 m² garden with a glimpse of the village of Saint-Tropez, and direct access to the beach (through an underground).
The apartment is also equipped with a hairdryer, an iron and its table, a stepladder, a drying rack, a vacuum cleaner .....
At the swimming pool, sun loungers are at your disposal.

Appartement très confortable et très propre.

We have just spent a week in this lovely appartment just outside Ste Maxime, the appartment was lovely and very well equipped. It had everything we needed for our stay. Access to the beach across the road it sits in small quiet complex with access to a good sized swimming pool including sun loungers.
Would definitely recommend for families and or couples looking for somewhere for a stay within walking distance of the lovely seaside resort is Ste Maxime.
