The house was great with an very cold swimming pool in october. There was some damage at the kitchen, the doors need a good cleaning or new varnish. The bathroom by the master bedroom is outdated. You have to shower in the bath and everything becomes very wet.

Nice house, well equipped with a wonderful balcony and a good view to the sea. The pool is very good - our only and little comment is that there was too much chlorine in the pool when we arrived. It got better during the week. We missed an outdoor barbecue. We loved to walk the short distance to Saint Maxime. A little tourist city at the good way - Nice small streets, good shops, bars and wineryshops. The restaurants are quite expensive.

This is a very charming place which is just perfect for families. The house can easily accomodate six people, the neighbourhood is nice and calm and still in walking distance to the city centre (approx. 15 minutes). The next beach is also in walking distance or a five minute car ride away. The view from the terrace is quite impressive and the garden is big enough to play football, frisbee or badminton. The car can be parked safely in front of the house behind an electric gate (be careful with sportscars - a bit of ground clearance is needed.). What is also worth mentioning: The landlord has always been very kind and willing to help. If there is anything that we would like to see improved: A WiFi would be great. But since this is a holiday place and not a business location, we think five stars are well deserved even without.

"The house has a perfect location. Close to the centre (nice for our kids to walk to tthe shops etc on their own) and a magnificent view. It is a quiet location, especially as the neighbours were not around. The huge terrace makes it the best place of the house for breakfast, lunch, lounging or just enjoying the view of the bay of St Tropez. In northern Europe we are less used to the French size double beds (140 cm) but that is a detail. The reception by the landlady was very correct and she was easy to reach in case of communication. Definitely recommendable!"

"Nice, clean, well-equipped, and newly renovated Villa with a beautiful view on the Ocean. Easy access to the center of the city where supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants etc. can be found Very hospitable and helpful landlord. All in all a memorable trip. Would definitely recommend it."

"Mr G's house was very comfortable, well equipped, spacious and clean. The outside area was excellent for lounging, eating, reading, etc. and provided an open view of surrounding gardens and a lovely view of the sea. The guardian, Mrs Lescailles, was efficient, helpful and very pleasant. All in all, we had a very enjoyable week in this accommodation and would recommend it wholeheartedly."
