Mas des Pins

The location of the house is great, literally not more than 100m from the beach. The property is equipped with all the amenities, sometimes even with unnecessary clutter in the drawers that seems to have been collected over time.

Overall, the property is in need of some refurbishing. You can see on many details that is fairly run down. There are tons of in most cases unnecessary clutter in all the drawers and lockers. The outside seating is not well shaded and thus makes it impossible to spend time outside during most of the day. The first floor with both bedrooms (one is unfortunately walk-through) is quite cramped with low ceilings and very limited day light. The front-porch, where you have to park, is fairly small and shared with the unit next door (luckily was not occupied), so you have to park right in front your patio. The porch surface is just dirt so very dusty, so not the most pleasant environment.

Manque de clim nous sommes des personnes agées et n'avions pas vu ce manque , pensant que sur la côte tous les logements avaient la clim. Même avec une clim nous aurions pris et avec un prix aussi différent

The location was brilliant, across the street from the 'La Nartelle' beach. The house is nice, it has everything you need (except for A/C) , it was clean, there is a big outside area with shade where kids can play or just relax.

The only thing that was uncomfortable was the lack of air conditioning. It can get too hot upstairs and it can get difficult to sleep if you're not used to high temperatures. Apart from this, couldn't fault anything.
