Cocoonr agency offers this charming 110 m² air-conditioned house in Sainte-Maxime, 100 m from the beach, with swimming pool, which can accommodate up to 6 people.
It comprises a lovely 30 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, two shower rooms and a 600 m² garden. Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
Ground floor
- A 30 m² living room with TV, sofas and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Separate WC
- Garage with tumble dryer, washing machine and fridge
First floor
- Bedrooms 1&2: each with a double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 3: with a queen-size bed (160x200)
- Two shower rooms
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, plancha, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A 4x8 m swimming pool (private, unheated), open from May to September.
- A beautiful enclosed and private garden of 600 m², south-facing.
- A south-facing terrace of approx. 30 m² with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
- A south-facing balcony of around 10 m², accessible from two of the bedrooms
The house is ideally located in Sainte-Maxime, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities :
- La Nartelle beach, about 100 m away
- Water sports (paddle, jet-ski, parasailing, diving or boat trips)
- Walks and hikes on the paths and by the sea
- Discover Sainte-Maxime and its local market, alleyways and terraces.
- Visit Saint-Tropez, around 18 km away.
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park (one vehicle).
