Ocean Front, Private Balconies

My family had a great time here ! It was perfect for our family ! Everything we needed was there and all the stores were very close ! It was a perfect location! Highly recommend staying here !

There was construction on the beach making access to the beach limited in some areas

Very clean and open. Great location. Kid friendly and incredible view.

One of the balcony doors doesn’t lock but other than that. Loved everything about it. Will be back

The like the location

The host was dismissive and defensive when communicating problems with the unit . The unit was not properly clean . The master bed had chips in the bed and the shower curtain had mold and mildew on it which is a health hazard not to mention extremely nasty . The middle bedroom had a white substance on the bed skirt , also many things pushed under the bed including a bag of flour( for cooking) the blinds where falling apart . The hall bathroom had a strong smell of bowel . And when communicating this with the owner ‘ he said that the unit wasn’t properly cleaned because I requested early check-in which Is ridiculous. Why would anyone allow a family to check in for 5 days without properly cleaning the unit . When I asked for accommodations or a discount for the condition of the room he completely dismissed me . I would NOT recommend this unit to anyone. This unit need to be properly cleaned and kept for the well being and safety for all future renters.and to add insult to injury there’s and advertisement of a lazy river on the property, there’s NO lazy river at the palms . We drove 8 hours for this by the way.
