The pools and umbrella area were really nice. The bar and food was pretty good as well
The hallway was insanely hot and sticky and the hotel itself was not clean at all.
I feel like it should be mentioned that breakfast is in a separate building.
Stuff didn’t relay message that towels were to be turned in to the main desk or else they charge you $25 per towel.
Ice machines only worked two out of the 4 days we were there.
“Resort” wasn’t worth the price

We enjoyed the location, great breakfast, nice cold rooms. We always had fresh white towels and didnt have not one issues from check in to check out with staff or the property in general. Construction didnt bother us not one bit as well. It wasnt loud or annoying out all.
Location of the building. I know now to not book with booking.com because they will out you in the west biking and not any of the main ones because we have $40 online with booking.com - elevator definitely needs a little oil lol pools were SO dirty. Only went swimming twice.
