we loved everything as our first trip to Turkey and the facilities were lovely. The staff were very helpful and ready to help. There’s a lot of food options and the beach and the bars.

No temperature controlled pools. Couldn’t use them because they are freezing even the indoor pool.

The property had a great number of amenities, activities, restaurants, and various other things to do. Great for a staycation

2 other guests and I arrived at the hotel when we were promised a superior triple room, indicating we would get a King Bed along with 2 Twin Beds. This was iterated across all the descriptions in booking, on the hotel website, along with the images shown on booking.com. When we arrived to the hotel and to our shock, it was either ONE king bed or TWO twin beds, not both of them which is what we were promised. When we talked to hotel management about this, they’re like we don’t even have a room like this, therefore, we as paying customers should just “deal with it”. One of the guests had to sleep on the couch the entire time (not even a sofa bed) which severely impacted the quality and enjoyment of our stay. Furthermore, when we tried to change rooms or arrange for accommodation, hotel management was extremely reluctant, stubborn, and we could not reach a conclusion. There is a lack of transparency and this impacted my overall stay experience. In addition, housekeeping only comes once every three days to change the bedding (and towels) rather than every day which is quite surprising.
