Convenient Location. Looked like it might be a nice place, but they require cash transfers for deposit, which is no good for business travel.

They required a cash type transfer for deposit. The staff were completely unaccommodating. They were not responsive when needed. They will not work with you on anything if something does go wrong.

The location was good but the bad internet was a huge problem

The location was good.

The WiFi didn’t work and the staff wasn’t helpful when trying to fix it. We were without good WiFi signal for all the days in our stay and never got any solutions.

Great location for my stay and needs. Close enough to everything. Enough room for party of 4.

Location half a mile from china town which has red line cta train next to it. Green line is closer to the apartment, which is even nicer. Being close to public transport stops allowed me to experience chicago transport (and save on gas/parking in the city). Free wi-fi and amazon firestick tv. Complementary towels, toothbrush and toothpaste, & showering stuff. I can see that they're trying to improve the place and be professional.

Blinds in the main living room would've been nice, although the photo shows no blinds. Just gives option to hide from neighboring building at night. Wasn't as clean as we hoped (walls, carpet floors, and shower corner), but i understand that they had issue with parties in the past + permitted smoking facility (not complaining about smell in the air; They did their best with deodorizing the air). Rug in living room smelled like urine though.
