Tip Top Boutique hotel

The location was perfect - just out of the hustle and bustle of Ella town making it peaceful. Wake in the morning to the sounds of nature and some prayers from the local temple. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food and drinks were excellent and all consumed with a terrific view of the 9-arch bridge and surrounding farmland.

It was all good, no negatives.

Swimming pool need to be bit ckeaned

The staff are lovely and the food was fabulous. Breakfast outside each morning was a highlight. It is away from the town centre in a beautiful location which gave it a peaceful, secluded feeling.

Its a bit further out than expected and access is down narrow paths. Tuk-tuk drivers know and take advantage of this so expect to pay more than normal. The room was a little basic compared with other stays we had, but it was clean and comfortable and the helpful staff and delicious food made up for it.

The view was good. Staff was responsive and the food quality was good.

The location is pretty off. Too much bumpy roads to the hotel. Although the view was good but we really weren't able to enjoy the view fully because as soon as we were opening the balcony, mosquitoes, bugs and bees started to come in the room. Pool is not ideally located, at the very front of the reception and not clean, we were able to see lots of bugs and mosquitoes in the pool so couldn't use it. Last thing is it mentioned large double bed, which is not large at all. It is a usual double bed, not anything large about it.
