Ca' del mare

Amazing location, with a wonderful yard. Great for kids. The apartment is on the ground floor in the house of the owners, who are very kind and responsive people. There are many pleasant places to walk in the surrounding area.

There is no supermarket nearby, maybe because of the month of our stay. Must shop at Nikiti which is close by. The kitchen furniture lacks essentials such as a bread knife and a peeler.

We are a family with 3 children. The little ones enjoyed the beautiful garden, which is the home for over 100 years olive trees. The entrance to the sea is smooth, with few meters of pebbles, then fine sand. The hosts were very kind and attentive to our requirements. When we arrived at the location, we were pleasantly surprised by the fact that a fridge full of products was waiting for us. The apartment is very clean and arranged with good taste. The kitchen is premium quality and equipped with everything you may need. It was a real pleasure to be in this wonderful place!

The location is great, right on the private beach. Very quiet place (you hear only birds chirping and the wind in the trees). The garden is very nice with a place to eat or just to chill under the olive trees. The owners are very nice and always preocupated to make you feel at home (we apreciated mostly that they filled for free the fridge with everything you need when you arrive: water, beer, wine, fruits, sandwich ingredients, cookies, etc-see the pictures) There are many taverns near by, in walking distance. I would recommand Virginia rather than Mpoukadura which is nore crowded and stuff less friendly. But the kitchen is fully equipped and you can cook for yourself. We went each day to different beach and liked the most Lagonissi Beach, Kalamitsi Beach and Spathies Beach. In the afternoon we usuali stayed on Ca'del mar private beach, late untill the sunset (wonderfull experience). In few words Ca'del mar is a very special place for people lookin something different to classic crowded beachs. The pines, the water, the silence, the birds, the owners, everything is just right for a great holiday.

Nothing to mention. But you need to be aware that this is not a hotel and you need to manage yourself the cleaning and cooking. The owners will provide you nevertheless clean sheets on demand and everything you need to manage yourself. A dishwasher machine and a cloths washer machine would be usefull.

in one word EVERYTHING!!! we never met owners like Apostolos and his wife… we will come for sure next year again
