NEW 30' long in-ground fiberglass heated salt water pool with built in hot tub and splash deck (rest of pool is 3'-6' deep), travertine pavers, 6' fire pit with six chairs, pvc fencing, outdoor shower, outdoor kitchen with 5 bar stools, refrigerator, BBQ area with outdoor 4K TV & surround sound Sonos system, outdoor couch, oversized umbrella, an all around entertainers compound!!
Bedroom set up is as follows: king bed (master) with en suite bath, queen bed (mid bedroom), queen bed (left bedroom), trundle bunk bed with twin over full with twin roll out (this bedroom sleeps 4), No pets, 8 bikes included for your riding pleasure, 2 beach carts, coolers, Cool Cabana, beach umbrella, 12 beach chairs and 8 beach badges, One block to ACME and three short blocks to Skipper Dipper. Just added-new 8 person hi top table, umbrella and chairs on top deck off living room, beautiful work desk with wireless printer (in case you have to do some work while enjoying the beach this season), Any questions just reach out via email [email protected]
