Wonderful property as advertised! We had a lovely vacation with our extended family. Smooth check in, good communication, all went smoothly. The pool was wonderful for those times when people wanted a break from the beach. Would definitely come here again.

It was definitely a really nice place. Lots of room - didn't feel crowded with the 16 of us. There was no need to buy hand soap, dish soap and toilet paper. So great job there! Close to the ACME, 10 min walk to the ice cream shop, 10 min walk to get a coffee. We would definitely stay there again.

Great place! Hank was very responsive and helpful via text. The place completely suited our needs with two large living spaces and easy access to both the beach and the ACME. Having linens and towels provided was an awesome bonus in the winter.
