Beautiful Shore Getaway! Walk To Beach And Restaurants In Minutes!

We really enjoyed our stay! The property is as listed. As mentioned in other comments, the entire house is split in two but this unit makes up a majority of the entire house. We never heard the other group so no issues with that. The backyard is technically shared but each unit has its own side. Three kings beds which was great. Centrally located between beach haven and ship bottom/surf city so very easy to get around the island. If you’re looking for a no frills, reasonably priced place to stay on the island, you won’t do any better than here. Highly recommend!

Great property in an excellent location. Christopher was so easy to communicate with and very helpful with any questions we had. 8 of us stayed comfortably. This is a duplex, with a shared backyard and outdoor shower. The neighbors were so nice though! We would stay again.

Great location! Walk or bike to restaurants, shops, beach and bay was a highlight. House is clean and has plenty of space. Host is responsive.

The house is wonderful and location is excellent but there's another unit in the building and the backyard is shared which was unclear from the listing. Many things in the house didn't work like the grill, coffee maker, and the bikes. Chris communicated quickly but checkin instructions were incorrect and attempts to fix the grill were frustrating and ultimately unsuccessful. Apparently it's normal in LBI but you have to bring your own bath towels, another thing that would be better to know from the listing.
