Enjoy your morning coffee on the front patio, or step outside and go for a lovely jog down Beach Avenue!
Other fine amenities include a freshly landscaped patio area, a private deck overlooking Beach Avenue, a fully fenced in yard, new bathrooms, an outdoor shower, Weber gas grill, a Washer and Dryer on site, new 2-zone HVAC system, and Free upgraded Wi-Fi.

Nice house located in a quiet neighborhood, close to the beach and lots of places within walking distance or a short bike ride.
Would definitely stay again!
