It was really great value for money. I loved the view of the majestic mountains from the balcony in the morning! The staff were perfectly friendly. The dinner and breakfast were delicious.

A last minute pleasant surprise.

This small (family owned I believe) hotel was a big pleasant surprise for my wife and me. Some unrelated circumstances came up during a motorcycle vacation and we needed to find a very last minute place to stay. The owners were very helpful in assisting us to resolve some issues that would have been otherwise a big pain in the back side. On top of this their kitchen prepared great pasta as well as other meat dishes. The prices are also very reasonable. Much of the town of Sondalo is built on the side of a mountain and the hotel sits pretty high up. It offers a very nice view down into town the valley below.

The hotel is well kept, very clean - the room was spotless (that was really appreciated, thank you!). Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Food in the restaurant was tasty and reasonably priced. The breakfast offered a reasonable variety of both sweet and savory foods. There’s a big roofed garage available to guests. The hotel is up a hill, so going down to the town requires a bit of effort, but it’s not terribly tiring, and thanks to the elevation the view from the balcony is stunning.

Amazing place to stay in Valtellina valley!

Very comfy and clean room, hotel owners were extremely hospitable. High-quality breakfast, very quiet place.

It was a bit sweaty to climb on the steep hill by bike where the hotel was located :D

Nice view over the valley. Free parking garage below the hotel. The restaurant is also very good and reasonably priced. Very helpful and friendly hosts.

Take a shower in the evening as warm water may run out in the morning, when most guests use it.

The best place to eat, sleep and refresh on our driving tour.

View from the balcony on the 5th floor is absolutely fantastic, overlooking the whole town and the valley. The breakfast was varied and wholesome. Coffee was better than what one gets in most hotels with breakfast. Special thanks to the kitchen staff who cooked for us very late in the evening (we arrived around 22:00). Ravioli and steak were top quality and taste.

Really nothing to be improved, just keep this standard and the happy, friendly staff.

Onestamente è stata una sorpresa molto piacevole. Ho dovuto soggiornare per alcuni giorni per essere vicino all’ospedale e tutto è stato perfetto e impeccabile. Pulizia, comfort e il cibo erano semplicemente fantastici. Un riconoscimento speciale a Manuela: ha reso questo soggiorno perfetto, così professionale, così gentile, così disponibile. Ci ha aiutato in tutto ed è stata sempre presente. L’hotel è fantastico in gran parte grazie a Manuela. Honestly this was a very nice and pleasant surprise. Had to stay for a few days to be close to the hospital and everything was perfect and impeccable. Clean, comfort and the food was simply amazing. Special recognition to Manuela, she made this stay perfect, so professional, so kind, so helpful, she helped us out with everything and was always available. The hotel is great in a big part because of Manuela. Sinceramente, fue una sorpresa muy agradable. Tuvimos que alojarnos durante unos días para estar cerca del hospital y todo fue perfecto e impecable. La limpieza, la comodidad y la comida fueron simplemente increíbles. Un reconocimiento especial para Manuela: hizo que esta estancia fuera perfecta, tan profesional, tan amable, tan servicial. Nos ayudó en todo y siempre estuvo disponible. El hotel es excelente en gran parte gracias a Manuela.

Non ho capito perchè mi hanno fatto pagare la tassa di soggiorno che invece mi era già stata addebitata nel conto Booking. Vista la cifra (4 euro) non mi è parso il caso di fare storie. Questa nota va eliminata perchè non mi sono accorto che la tassa mi era stata indicata da Booking ma non addebitata. Mi scuso con i gestori dell'albergo

Un balcone sulla Valtellina

L’Hotel è una struttura pulita, onesta e confortevole. Posta in una località tranquilla e riservata, non risente del traffico e (anche) dei costi della più popolare Bormio, distante comunque solo pochi minuti di auto. Essendo la reception al quarto piano, le stanze sono posizionate poco usualmente ai piani inferiori, facendo sì che il Rezia sia paragonabile ad un grande balcone affacciato sulla Valtellina, balcone da cui si gode di un bellissimo panorama di questa parte di Valle, ammirabile dai commensali che usufruiscono della buona cucina del ristorante. Un plauso particolare a Manuela, persona che si distingue per competenza, professionalità e disponibilità e rende il soggiorno più gradevole e familiare.

Stanza singola, confortevole, con balcone molto panoramico (e vertiginoso essendo al quinto piano). Pulizia impeccabile, bagno non proprio modernissimo ma funzionale. Colazione al bar dell'hotel a partire dalle 7, abbastanza varia e con il caffè (o similari) fatto al momento. Personale (hotel familiare) cordiale e disponibile. Ottimo il posteggio privato interrato, anche se l'ingresso è un po' scomodo (ripida rampa in discesa). Sondalo è una location strategica sia per spostarsi verso l'Alta Valtellina, sia per scendere verso Tirano-Sondrio. Cenato al ristorante dell'hotel, davvero cibo di qualità e ben cucinato, Prezzi forse leggermente alti.

Hotel in posizione un po' defilata, in alto rispetto al centro, quindi necessaria l'auto per spostarsi. Al contempo garanzia di tranquillità. Un piccolo mobiletto in bagno, magari sotto il lavello, sarebbe utile.
