Overpriced for what it was

- The rooms were good size, furnishing cheap. Bathrooms were new and clean. - village was nice

We expected a spa hotel.. where can use the spa facilities. We were asked to pay 40 Euro per person per day we wanted to use the spa facilities.. To be fair it did say as a last note that extra cost would be charged for the spa, but it was hard to see and even took the hotel 2 days to find. Charging 40 Euro per day per person was not in line with the quality of the hotel or the spa.

Camera con vista meravigliosa e dagli spazi ben pensati per risultare accogliente e rilassante. Servizio spa privato su prenotazione, due ore di puro relax da passare in coppia. Meraviglioso e anch'esso con vista montagna, per riposare mente e corpo... Colazione a buffet con piatti buonissimi per iniziare al meglio la giornata nel silenzio delle montagne. È stato un soggiorno strepitoso grazie anche alla disponibilità e grande professionalità dello staff. Esperienza da rifare sicuramente. Un punto importantissimo: abbiamo potuto soggiornare con la nostra cagnolina, la quale ha potuto scorrazzare tranquillamente nel balcone, passeggiare e giocare sulla neve nei dintorni della struttura. Esperienza eccezionale. Torneremo presto! Grazie

Camera con ottima vista

Hotel comodo e moderno, credo ristrutturato di recente, con bellissima vista sulla valle e sulle montagne. Camera grande, pulita, con tutto il necessario. Riscaldamento top. Letto King comodissimo, con materasso e cuscini memory. Personale molto gentile e disponibile, attento all'ospite. Parcheggio della struttura all'aperto ma gratuito.

Прекрасное расположение, с балкона открывается вид на горы, бесплатная парковка, отличное СПА и массаж. Удобные кровати и тишина обеспечивают комфортный сон. Есть возможность самому регулировать температуру в номере. Завтрак типичный итальянский, но у хозяев отеля есть ресторан неподалёку с вкусными морепродуктами и винами. Советую посетить, получите гастрономическое удовольствие. Понравилось обслуживание: услужливое, но ненавязчивое.

Gute Übernachtung auf der Durchreise

Wir haben kurzfristig für eine Zwischenübernachtung auf Durchreise zwei Einzelzimmer gebucht. Das großzügige Bett (1,60 breit) mit sehr bequemer Matratze 😊 füllte das kleine Zimmer gut aus, aber für eine Nacht ist das OK. Das Badezimmer ist gut ausgestattet (inkl. Hautcreme). Das (italienische) Frühstück wurde vom Personal um Eier mit Speck auf Bestellung ergänzt und lies damit auch keine Wünsche offen. Der Kaffee schmeckte auch sehr gut.

Eine grüne LED in der Decke über den Bad/Schrank/Eingangsbereich leuchtet das Zimmer - wohl in der Absicht den "Notausgang" zu kennzeichnen - etwas übertrieben hell aus, für lichtempfindliche Menschen empfiehlt sich eine Schlafmaske.

Io e il mio compagno abbiamo trascorso due giorni in questa struttura e siamo rimasti davvero entusiasti. Lo staff è stato molto accogliente, la pulizia impeccabile e la colazione, servita a buffet, era ricca e variegata, permettendo di scegliere ciò che desideravamo in quel momento. La struttura offre anche l'opportunità di trascorrere ore di puro relax nella spa, in totale intimità, senza alcun disturbo. È stata un'esperienza davvero piacevole.

Comodo hotel ad un prezzo interessante per un weekend sugli sci

Hotel recentemente rinnovato, ad una ventina di minuti dalle piste. Personale accogliente e disponibile, materasso molto comodo, tutto molto ben curato e pulito.

Il WC ed il bidet sono molto scomodi; non è possibile aumentare la temperatura nelle camere oltre i 22-23 gradi e non ho trovato delle coperte aggiuntive.

Hotel pulito e moderno con buon rapporto qualità / prezzo in posizione centrale e panoramica.

Staff gentilissimo. La sig.na Valentina ha saputo venire incontro a tutte le nostre esigenze andando anche oltre il dovuto: dieci e lode. La seconda stanza era più che buona con una vista superba sulla valle. In questi giorni il servizio colazione non era disponibile causa lavori quindi non siamo in grado di valutarla.

La prima stanza aveva il localino "WC" veramente minuscolo; un cliente con le gambe lunghe avrebbe avuto seri problemi ad utilizzare il servizio. All'esterno sono presenti degli striscioni informativi appesi ai balconi, a nostro parere un po' troppo impattanti visto il contesto architettonico che dovrebbe essere montano.
