This 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom Victorian style premium home is a perfect getaway for families or groups of up to 10. You’ll love the patio area with your own private hot tub. The living area is cozy with comfortable furnishings and a big flat-screen TV. The large windows let natural light flood the space, and the open concept of the main level flows into the dining room and kitchen.
And speaking of the kitchen: It’s a chef’s delight with granite counters and nice appliances, including a gas range. There’s everything you need to keep the troops fed and happy during your Rocky Mountain adventure! You can even barbeque on the gas grill on the patio. Other amenities include a washer/dryer and complimentary Wi-Fi. And like every Summit Mountain Rentals property, the home comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and it’s professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Our helpful staff is also available 24 hours a day to ensure you have everything you need to make your stay with us an unforgettable experience.

Lower Level:
- Queen suite: queen bed, private bathroom with tub/shower. (sleeps 2)
- Bedroom 3: full bed. (sleeps 2)
- Living area: queen sleeper sofa.
- Bathroom: walk-in tile shower.
Special Unit Notes – Please Read:
- No Smoking / No Pets.
- A $500 refundable damage deposit will be charged to credit card at check in.
- Renters must be a minimum of 25 years old.
- Parking: 1 driveway space, street parking as available – 1 guaranteed space total.
- No air conditioning. All units include at least one fan.

This was our second visit in as many years to Breckenridge. We found this place last year and loved it so we were thrilled it was available again this year. Super charming and could not be more conveniently located - 1.5 blocks to the main intersection in town. Hot tub. Nicely decorated -- perfect place for us! We love the communication with the management company too -- polite, prompt and helpful.

We’ve stayed in Breck before and this was our favorite spot to date. This house is in the heart of the historic district, steps away from all the shops, the main park by the creek, and across the street from the bus stop. The house had plenty of room for our family of four. We really enjoyed the hot tub outside. For parents with young kids - check out for gear rentals. We ordered a pack and play and sound machine through them. It was super easy. We’d love to stay here again next summer.

This house is just not worth $5000 a week. It was not clean and the bedding did not appear to have been changed. Several kitchen necessities were not there. Not comfortable at all with the TV sitting area. Dirty and dated.
