Designed with a split-level layout ideal for groups, the home features three bedrooms and 2.5 baths, offering privacy on every floor. The lower level features a perfect family space, with king and twin/twin trundle with ensuite bath.
Warm wood panel accents, inviting textures, and a traditional woodburning fireplace brings classic character to the living space. The kitchen has everything you need for an après-ski meal or a slow morning with a coffee. TVs in every room, a propane grill on the patio, and recent touches to select spaces ensure a refreshed and ready vibe for the 2026/2027 ski season. At Nav Haus, the mountain is quite literally in your backyard - the famed 4 O’Clock Run — a true ski-in experience, where the thrill of the day ends with skis off and hot cocoa on your private patio.
Just a 5-minute walk (0.3 miles) brings you to the Snowflake Lift, making this one of the closer ski-out experiences you can get slope-side. Beyond the slopes, you're only minutes from Breckenridge’s Main Street, where you’ll find everything from cafés and gourmet dining to art galleries, boutiques, and craft breweries. After a day on the hill, unwind at the nearby community pool and spa, just a few minutes away on foot — the perfect way to soothe tired muscles and recharge for tomorrow.
Breckenridge offers year-round activities — from snowshoeing and ice skating to hiking, mountain biking, and festivals. The Riverwalk Center is just across South Park Avenue

With easy first come first serve parking for one car in front of the unit, unloading gear or groceries is a breeze — no hauling skis up endless stairs. In warmer months, the same ski run that brings winter thrill turns into a wildflower meadow, alive with color and ideal for morning walks.

Getting Around:
.5 Miles from Main Street and the Riverwalk Center. .3 Miles from the Snowflake Lift. Free shuttle picks up just on the street in front of the building.

Travel & Transport:
Colorado's traction law, active from September 1 to May 31, requires passenger vehicles to have at least one of the following: snow/all-weather/M+S tires with adequate tread of 3/16th of an inch, a four-wheel/all-wheel drive vehicle with all drive wheels engaged, or chains or an approved alternate traction device. These requirements are mandatory on certain highways like I-70 and 285 during the season, regardless of current weather. This includes reasonable expectation of the ability to drive with snow and ice present. We cannot provide refunds for vehicles that become stuck or require towing, and we are unable to provide recovery services. Winter Weather Advisory: During winter and some months surrounding the winter season, all driveways, walkways, decks/patios, and roads may be covered in snow and ice, requiring caution and adequate footwear for persons and vehicles to have four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive for safe navigation of area roads.
Each home comes with an Amenity Kit that includes 2 rolls of Toilet Paper per bathroom, 2 paper towel rolls, dish soap, and some dishwasher tabs, and a couple of trash bags.
The home offers parking for 1 vehicle, parking not guaranteed as it is first come first serve and unassigned.
No pets - $750 charge if undeclared pets found on premises.
Portable Air Conditioner, 2 - 1 Person Kayaks, Hammock, & yoga mats available for additional fee. Must request 72 hours prior to check-in for availability, not guaranteed.

Roads can be icy—4x4 and winter tires are required during winter months.
