This VRBO was exactly what we needed for our trip to Breck as a group of 6. Couldn't be happier with the location (quiet, last home at the end of a dead end road, 10 minutes walking into town, 5 minutes walking to the Sawmill trail) and the home was appropriately stocked with everything we needed for the weekend, including kitchen utensils and cookware of all shapes & sizes, shower products, plenty of towels for the showers and hot tubs, etc. We had so much fun staying here and would definitely recommend the place and come back again. The only thing I wanted to mention here is that I had asked the host before our trip began how they clean and sanitize the hot tub in between guests, and I never got a response. Since I own a hot tub myself, I brought water test strips with me to check the levels when we arrived and the hot tub was not balanced properly. While it looked quite clean, there was far too much sanitizer in the tub and as such, we didn't feel comfortable using it for as long as we would have wanted to.Other than that, no complaints about the space at all. It was clean, true to how it looks in the photos, and the host made check in and check out super easy. Thanks again for everything!!

Just steps from downtown this property has all that you need for an enjoyable stay at Breckenridge. They provided enough supplies to start a stay which was nice so we didn’t need to bring a lot of our own stuff for just a couple of nights. Hot tib was a great way to finish the days of sightseeing and shopping since there wasn’t much snow. We will definitely use this home for our next trip Breckenridge.

The house was in a great location but a very steep hill behind the house, so you can ski in but still have to drive to a better location to ski out. The house was nice, smaller than the photos. TV’s and cable service need updating. There wasn’t the “extras”, aluminum foil, Tupperware, coffee, casserole dishes ect. Has basic supplies so be ready to supplement. We enjoyed the hot tub and the beds were very comfortable
