A panzió elhelyezkedése kiváló, a belvárostól pár lépésre. Kifogástalan tisztaság, szolgálatkész személyzet. Jó méretű szoba.
A szoba kevés természetes fényt kapott, egy erkélyajtón keresztül. A mozgásérzékelős lámpák az előszobában, a fürdőben és a WC-ben feleslegesek és zavaróak. Hangos elszívó berendezés. A szomszédos szoba minden hangját hallani lehetett. A panziónak nincs saját parkolója, az utcai parkolás drága. Az ingyenes parkolóhelymessze van.
