Beautiful property with original features, great space and a good busy bar. The staff were great and very helpful, amazing breakfast. The parking in the underground garage was so convenient and the hotel is well situated close to town. Overall an amazing place to stay facing the casino for keen gamblers!
Ok, this is a very very small issue - pillows could be better.

The location is fantastic. Direct connection to the pedestrian zone, and hours of hiking directly through the Kurpark. Also the breakfast buffet was exceptional.

Staff were amazing. Very helpful. Room was clean and comfortable wirh a lovely balcony overlooking the park. I would certainly recommend this hotel.
Needs bew mini fridge installing - looked like old one had been removed, and sone touching up here and there. But it was a still a lovely hotel.

breakfast very basic cheese and Salmon not fresh rest OK
more staff after 3pm no staff rooms spacious and clean which is good but lack of staff really not comfortable
