Location was perfect for us, close to Platinia shopping ctr and BT Arena. WiFi Internet was easy to set up.
Air conditioner in living room only. Did not cool the whole apartment

We were reluctant to touch anything as everything was dirty, kitchen, couch, bathroom, pillows, blankets and the owner was not very nice when we requested details regarding the parking
