Unfortunately, the quality of the accommodation did not match the price we paid. There was no air conditioning in the room, only a fan, which was simply not sufficient during the high temperatures. In addition, there was a storm in the evening that caused a power outage. While we understand that weather-related problems can happen, we were disappointed that no member of the staff apologized or even acknowledged the inconvenience. A simple apology and a more attentive approach would have made a significant difference. Overall, we expected a much higher level of comfort and service for the price. The lack of air conditioning, combined with the poor handling of the power outage, significantly affected our experience and left us disappointed.
