About this apartment rental
The views of Lake Norman are wonderful. Sip morning coffee on one of two decks while watching the professional water skiers practice or maybe catch the amazing sunset on the top sun deck with your favorite beverage. This condo has 3 bedrooms, two with king size beds and the third with a queen size bed. There are 2 full baths, the master also has a jetted soaking tub. Sitting balcony off the living room and sun deck steps off the loft bar. The community pool is gated and private for the condo’s use only. Two restaurants on site, both with fabulous outdoor patios, couldn't be more convenient to catch an evening of live music on the waterfront. A Salon/Spa is our newest neighbor. Did I mention our building does have an elevator! One of the very few buildings with one and we're the closest condo to it! We have lake access for swimming and kayaking but the docks in the photos are privately owned and will not allow access.

This is 2nd time we have rented this place as it is perfect location and perfect size & set-up for our group. Plus the great views of the lake! It's also great to have 2 restuarants on the ground level, even if just want to grab a drink there. Food ok, but do have live music and

Stay was perfect except for the humoungus hole in the celing of the master bedroom. Completely understand needing to fix issues, but this shoudl have been disclosed to us
