Mountain Views and rustic charm Sleeps 6 Hot Tub, Firepit, Pool Table

We loved our stay for a family five and the host was amazingly responsive. The three story house was perfect to give my kids (middle school - high school) their own space. The cabin is close to the Gatlinburg welcome center and trolly system, very close to National Park, and easy to get to Pigeon Forge. The cabin was clean and felt like a home away from home. Enjoyed every minute.

We had an excellent stay at this cabin just outside Gatlinburg! The cabin was very clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. The beds were especially comfortable, which made it easy to unwind after long days of sightseeing and exploring the area.Our son loved having the basement space to enjoy, and we really appreciated the TVs, cable, and streaming options throughout the cabin. The layout was great for our family, and the cabin felt welcoming and cozy from the moment we arrived.The only thing future guests should know is that the kitchen does not come stocked with basic seasonings or condiments, so if you plan on cooking during your stay, be sure to bring any essentials you'll need. Other than that, we couldn't have asked for a better experience.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily book this cabin again. Highly recommended!

Everything was very nice

The house was just as it is described. Very clean, kitchen had the basics of what you will need to cook a meal. Upon arrival check in was simple and easy. The downstairs bathroom on the main level had a really foul smell to it. It eventually went away the next day. While in the game room on the first night while playing pool, the power went out on us. I contacted the owner she let us know where the breaker box was. We tired to reset everything and nothing happened. So the first night we didn't have power on the game room side, hot tub didn't work, no lights or tv upstairs. So we didn't have full access to everything. Woke up the next morning cooking breakfast for my family turned the oven on to preheat and it stayed on preheat for over an hour never getting hot. So I messaged the owner. She said someone would be out before noon. Which they were. So I had to through my food away and couldn't finish my complete breakfast due to the oven not working. Electric company came checked everything and said it's somerhing on the inside of the cabin. So I called left a message, her husband came out very nice man he went to the box done some things. He got the hot tub working lights on downstairs and we thought the oven only to find out that night it was still out. So we were out of food again. We tried to use the fireplace and it wouldn't work . We tried for 45 minutes a small flame would pop up but it wouldn't catch fire. So we didn't get to enjoy the fireplace. Very disappointed.
