Whether you're soaking in the hot tub, sipping coffee in the crisp air, or simply enjoying the stillness of the Smokies, this three-bedroom, two-bathroom cabin is the perfect escape for up to six guests.
Inside, you’ll be welcomed by an open-concept living space with cathedral ceilings and a wall of windows that flood the cabin with natural light and frame stunning forest and mountain views. Relax on plush furniture in front of the flat-screen TV, or head outside to the deck for some fresh air and scenery. Kindly note that the living room fireplace is temporarily out of service.
The fully equipped kitchen features plenty of counter space, cabinets, and all the cookware and appliances you need to whip up meals. Just stock up on groceries in Gatlinburg and you’re all set. Dine indoors at the cozy table, or take it outside for a true mountain breakfast. You’ll also enjoy access to three seasonal community pool areas, complete with foosball, ping pong, and billiards for added fun.
When it’s time to wind down, you’ll have a king-size bed, TV, and ceiling fan in the primary bedroom, a comfortable queen-size bed in the second room, and two twin beds in the third—perfect for kids. Two full bathrooms and a washer/dryer add extra convenience during your stay.

Please note: The driveway to Kickback Kabin is very steep and can be challenging, especially for standard vehicles. A four-wheel-drive vehicle is strongly recommended year-round for peace of mind—and is absolutely essential in winter weather. That said, the drive up is absolutely worth it for the stunning, year-round Smoky Mountain views that await you at the top!

The view is very pretty, the house was clean and had a lot of the things needed for daily use (coffee maker, dishes, washer/drier, Etc.) The Hot tub want really warm enough and the jets didn't really work well, but that was a small thing for us. The only thing I would caution about is the turn into the driveway. We decided to Uber everywhere rather than try to navigate it every time we went somewhere. Overall, it was a perfect place to spend our honeymoon. Thank you so much for opening your home to us 3

Very private better not be driving anything bigger then a small suv won’t make the turn into the property. We had to back out every time we left which isn’t a huge deal just aggravating. The surrounding properties are little rough. House is nice just a little outdated but was accommodating. Would be nice if they told you the code to enter is for the back door. Tried for half a hour to enter the code in the front door till it shut down. Walked around property and found the back door had a digital lock too.
