The friendliness of staff. Central location within walking distance to everything I needed. Roof top area outside my room for sunbathing. The views from my room. I found the blackout blinds a nice touch as I visited for much needed rest, so being fully in the dark allowed me to sleep more.
As someone who eats a plant based diet, I enjoyed the fruit for breakfast, but I would have liked to have had more options such as steamed vegetables, lentils or a vegetable broth rather than mainly cakes, bread, processed meat, cheese, and cereals. However I understand that what is on offer is what the majority want and I'm part of a small few who eat differently. It's just a suggestion to perhaps offer some extra healthier and whole food options for people.

The location is easy to find. The staff was helping and the great thing is that there was a fridge in the room with drinks and snacks as complimentary. The breakfast was delicious and with so much variety.
There should be a kettle especially in winters.

Receptionist waited for us till 1am to arrive and kept calling us to see if we are ok. choice of breakfast. The best scrambled eggs i ever had. security parking for our car.
Hotel rooms and restaurant need renovation. Difficult to go in the bath.
