Independent house just finished building, with 800 square meters. of garden surrounded by greenery in a very quiet area reachable only on foot through the historic center of the hamlet of Setta in Framura (250 m. approximately).
From the house you can reach the Arena beach or the Vallà or the train station in 10 minutes. From Framura you can easily reach the 5 lands (three successive stops) or you can go trekking in the surrounding area.
The house consists of a living area with a single sofa bed, an open kitchen, anteroom with a washbasin unit and a bathroom with a large shower (ground floor) and a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a small bathroom on the upper floor. the house is surrounded by a large garden with dining area and relaxation area.
