Can be better.

The place has an excellent location you have everything you need close to the house like the means to travel, a farmacy , coffee places and a supermarket.

The house was a little dirty when we entered, The box which we acquired the keys didn't work at first and we were stuck there (Mind you it was raining frogs when we reached the house) for some minutes and it was a very bad experience. Also the utensils and some other kitche stuff were missing or were dirty when we got there.

Very good for a short stay.

The location is very good, its near the metro line A. We generally liked it, the bunk bed was our only problem. Its hard to get on and it squeaks on even the tiniest moves. Otherwise everything else was perfect. The hosts were pretty nice and easy to contact.

The location was easy, the WiFi worked well, it had everything we needed. It was in adequate conditions for the price we paid, self check in was possible so we were able to arrive at our own time

We had an unforgettable stay in this apartment. The area is perfect for visiting the city because the metro is only a 5 minute walk away plus in the area there are many restaurants, supermarkets and cafes. The apartment is spacious and comfortable for five people because it has two large bedrooms, a dining room, a spacious kitchen with everything you need for cooking, there is also a dishwasher and a washing machine and a spacious bathroom with both a bathtub and a shower. There are various doors, so there is a lot of privacy and even two couples can stay here. The cleanliness of all rooms is truly excellent and meticulous. Upon arrival you will find scented and well-ironed sheets and towels and a welcome kit for the bathroom and kitchen. I strongly recommend this apartment because it has everything you need to have an impeccable stay.

Great apartment!

The apartment is located in a strategic position for visiting the city because it has the metro nearby and with three stops you can quickly get to the Vatican and with four stops at the Trevi Fountain and so on. The surrounding area has everything you need both supermarkets and restaurants, bars and cafes and there is also a large McDonald's. We had a good time in this apartment as it is very comfortable for five people and has large spaces so there is also privacy. Bathroom and kitchen are functional and comfortable, they have everything you need. Really excellent cleaning.

Exceptional

The apartment is on the ground floor so for us with 3 small children it was very convenient not to climb the stairs. The apartment is very clean, all disinfectant and perfumed environments. The mattresses are new and comfortable, we slept very well. The sheets clean and well ironed. We also found a welcome kit with toilet paper and bathroom products.

It is a decent property that can fit well a family with 2 kids

The property had all the equipment needed for a comfortable stay. The location is very good, close to subway and to Vatican City. Bonus, there is a big supermarket at 5 min. walking distance so food was not a problem.

The property is actually a half-basement, a thing that was not clear from the description. Thus there was light smell inside. The beds were not in best shape and there were some basic supplies missing (like enough soap or toilet paper) but the host was very fast to supply them. The bedsheets were of poor quality and I needed to ask for an extra one since one bed was not properly cover.

The apartment is well arranged, well equipped and has everything needed for short and long stays. The cleaning of all the rooms is really excellent and meticulous. The apartment is spacious and can comfortably accommodate up to 5 people. We found ourselves very well also and above all for the kindness of the owner who is always available for every request and for the location of the area which is only a 5-minute walk from the metro and with three stops you are in the center.

The apartment is very nice and well kept, everything looks new. The kitchen is well equipped and has many things to cook. The bathroom looks new and even has both a bathtub and a shower. The cleanliness of all the rooms is really excellent, as soon as you enter you can smell the fresh and clean scent.

The bathroom smelt very bad and the appt needs maintenance

Communication with the owner was ok.

The bathroom smelt very bad because the sink was clogged. We wrote to the owner and he said he would send someone the following day, then told us it was fixed, but it still smelt bad. We didn't say anything to avoid conflicts and waisting time, but it shows his hygiene standards... Besides the bathroom, cleanliness in general was not great. Also, the place could really use some maintenance, there were lots of small things that could be easily fixed in little time (loose kitchen cabinet doors, loose faucet).

The apartment is located in a strategic position, very close to the metro and nearby many restaurants, shops and supermarkets. Although we are in the center, the apartment is located in a quiet street so you sleep very well and in silence. The cleaning is really good and everything is very well arranged. Spacious bathroom, even has both tub and shower. The two bedrooms are spacious and comfortable for up to 5 people. Well equipped kitchen. There is also a washing machine, dishwasher and a very large fridge. We will definitely be back!

Super stay!

The apartment is very comfortable, all very clean and disinfected. It is located on the ground floor and therefore is very convenient even for those with children with strollers or an elderly person. As everything is clean, it appears to have been recently renovated and painted. The location is excellent as it is close to the metro and with only three stops you are in the historic center and the Vatican. Around the apartment there are many restaurants, supermarkets, cafes and shops. The owners are very nice and helpful with all requests and gave us many tips for visiting the city.

The apartment is very nice, spacious and well located. The kitchen is well stocked. Comfortable mattresses for sleeping. Excellent and meticulous cleaning. Sheets and towels are also provided for everyone. The metro is just a two minute walk away.

Good location but far too many issues.

I've given the apartment 3 out of 10 only because it's in a good location and entry was made easy by a short whatsapp video but there were so many issues.

Terrible smell in the bathroom throughout our 3 night stay. We thought the apartment may have been empty for sometime so we left it a day and hoped it would go away but it didn't so we reported it. Small kitchen so table and chairs had to go in living room. NOT 2 bedrooms as listed (putting bunk beds in a small living room without a door doesn't make it a bedroom). Several sockets and switches didn't work. Mould in the bathroom. Shower was tiny and had a curtain so impossible to use without soaking the bathroom floor. Basin tap insecure. Broken handle in the only bedroom which meant you could potentially lock yourself in. Double bed had sunk in the middle. Can hear the Metro trains INSIDE the apartment which ran every 10 mins from 05;30 (even on a Sunday). Large hole in kitchen window where an extractor once was. There will be the usually excuses I'm sure but this simply isn't how to prepare and rent a property. Glad we were only there 3 days. If we'd book for a week, we would have moved ASAP.

The apartment is very nice and well furnished. It is comfortable for a family of 5 as the spaces are large. The kitchen is well equipped with everything needed for cooking, there is also a dishwasher and a washing machine. Excellent choice for both long and short stays. A big compliment goes to the really excellent and meticulous cleaning. The location is perfect for visiting the city as the metro stop is only a 2 minute walk away. The owners are friendly and helpful.

The apartment is very spacious and is comfortable for both short and long stays. Perfect area because you find restaurants, supermarkets and bars. The metro is only a 5 minute walk away and with 3 stops you are at the Vatican and 5 at the Trevi Fountain etc. We found everything clean and disinfected. Excellent cleaning of the apartment. It is comfortable in 5 people because the two bedrooms are spacious and also the bathroom (which has both tub and shower) and the kitchen (the American fridge is appreciated). The area is well connected as the metro is only 5 minutes walk and with 3 stops you are at the Vatican and 5 at the Trevi Fountain etc. Nearby there are supermarkets and very good restaurants. Super recommended!

Really nice and clean apartment. It is spacious and comfortable for up to 5 people. The area is excellent because the apartment is located just 2 minutes walk from the stop Baldo degli Baldi metro and in 5 minutes you arrive at the Vatican, in 10 minutes you can reach the Colosseum, the Trevi Fountain etc. Nearby there are 2 excellent restaurants to eat, supermarkets, bars and even a Mc Donald. We really appreciated the availability and kindness of the owners. I highly recommend it and will definitely be back because Rome is too beautiful.
